Legal Agreement

This agreement is a legal agreement between RSP (respected service provider) Fleet Maintenance (also referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”) and you (and other derivatives of “you” such as “your”, and the words “I”, and “me” meaning the individual who hire (or purchases) our products or uses our services or materials) covering your use of the equipment , services and/or auto repair programs, and related materials, of RSP (respected service provider) Fleet Maintenance.

By hiring , purchasing of any products or using any service bays of RSP (respected service provider) Fleet Maintenance, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand all aspects of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
You also agree and consent to our Privacy Policy , which covers how we collect, use, share and store your personal information and the Terms of Payment (paid in full, monthly playment plan). These form an integral part of this agreement.

Our products, programs, services, and content, and related materials, are not intended for use by minors. Acceptance of these terms consents that you are a consented adult above the age of 18 ( 21 in some states ).

RSP (respected service provider) Fleet Maintenance is not responsible for any accidents that you may be caused due to improper handling of the equipment.

Again, if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not sigh up or purchase the rental of RSP (respected service provider) Fleet Maintenance service bays.


Pricing Information & Availability Disclaimer

RSP (respected service provider) Fleet Maintenance reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing due to changing market conditions, product unavailability, and supplier price changes.
